Broadway, Books, and Bygone Days – New York City

Your journey includes:

  • Transfer upon arrival at New York airport to your hotel

  • 3 night stay in New York City including breakfast daily

  • Private guided hop on/hop off minibus tour of major sites with special stops at Strand

  • Bookstore, New York Public Library, and Literary Walk/Poets Walk in Central Park

  • Private guided walking tour including a stop at Blue Bicycle Books

  • Tour Edmonston-Alston House where wine is served on the 2nd floor porch, concluding with a seafood dinner at a nearby crab house 

  • Day 2 boat to Ft. Sumter, guided tour, return to mainland for lunch, minibus to Drayton Hall plantation for interactive & educational tour about slavery and Lowcountry economy, continue on to Middleton Place Plantation, tour of home and gardens

  • 2 night stay in Beaufort, SC, including breakfast daily

  • Wine Reception upon arrival at an historic house, dinner following at a local restaurant
